- At that point, she wasn't entirely sure he wouldn't roll off it, onto the floor, tear out some stitches and bleed to death on the carpet before she even realized it. It was a very nice carpet and she was almost sure that neither her father nor Tim's brother would appreciate either the stain or the dead body. Also, she would have to deal with the body and while she had spent the last several weeks extensively in the company of hired killers, she hadn't learned what, exactly, to do with a body yet.
